The Den Salon has a dream to create an environment rich in comforts. We believe in the power of positive creation. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard so we can create a much greater experience. Pampering our clients is only part of it. Laughing with them gives us an opportunity to bring them into our positive environment. Listening to our clients so we can give them what they want gives us the opportunity to be in their positive environment. Together we all exceed any expectations. Only comfort remains.
It Tastes Good
Our promise to the clients of The Den Salon: From the day we opened the doors of our salon in Long Beach in 2008, we have made a commitment to give each and every client the greatest, most luxurous hair experience of their life. In order to succeed in this guarantee, we have created a theme to live by. My wife is a chef by trade, so when we put our two careers together to come up with a theme to our salon, we knew that everything we did would have to ‘taste’ good to the clients. The Den’s theme ensures that the quality of our haircuts, color service and highlights are unmatched. Throughout the entire salon visit, it is our goal for the client to say, “It tastes good.” When a client approaches the complex on Ocean Blvd. in Downtown Long Beach, “It tastes good.” The client receives free parking in our own private lot, “It tastes good.” They walk up to the hair salon and see our comfortable leather chairs outside, “It tastes good.” They receive a warm greeting and are told they can make themselves at home while our salon receptionist gets them a free ice cold beer in an ice cold glass, as they’re waiting for their haircut, “It really tastes good.” They then receive a service from one of our highly trained master hair artists, “It tastes Good.” Finally they are guided to the front desk for an affordable price, free parking validation, and some gourmet candy from our famous candy dish. All of which TASTES GOOD. We want only the best hair services for our clients so they never want to go to another hair salon again.
