Please be sure to look over our cancellation policy for an appointments that take more than an hour on the arists schedule.
24 HOUR CHEMICAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without at least 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment slot, and any clients on the cancellation list miss the opportunity to recieve services. We will call to confirm your chemical appointment, because we do realize how easy it is to forget about an appointment you made months ago, however, since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if 24 hours notice is not given.
-Less than 24 hour notice of chemical appointment rescheduling will result in a charge equal to 50% of the total service amount.
-Missing your chemical appointment completely with no notice, will result in a charge for the full amount of the service.
-All chemical services that require two or more hours of the artist time will be held with a credit card.
This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members schedules filled. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality of excellent servicing for our establishment and future clientele.
