CANCELLATION POLICY


We understand that sometimes things get in the way of...well, LIFE! Please understand that we look forward to servicing you at your scheduled time. Due to the recent increase in last minute cancellations and No Show occurrences, WE HAVE A FIRM POLICY for appointments that are not met and/or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.


Effective October 30, 2015, we reserve the right to charge the full service amount to the card on file and notate your account for NO SHOW and CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.


This amount must be collected prior to the scheduling and performance of any future service. Thank you for making sure you schedule THE BEST time that works for your schedule and giving us sufficient advance notice in the event of your inability to keep your scheduled appointment. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated!
